Description
We are hiring a Barback to support our restaurant team at Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken.

We're looking for a reliable, energetic Barback to join our team and support both our bartenders and servers in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, fast on their feet, and thrives in a highvolume, hospitalitydriven environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
  
• Maintaining a clean, organized bar area throughout service
  
• Assisting bartenders with prep, breakdown, and inventory
  
• Removing trash, polishing glassware, and ensuring all stations are fully stocked
  
• Crosstraining to support servers with tasks such as running food, clearing tables, restocking server stations, and assisting with guest needs during peak hours
  

What we're looking for:

• Strong work ethic and a teamfirst attitude
  
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  
• Weekend and evening availability
  
• Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
