Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths and needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide direct counseling and intervention services tailored to students unique social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and well-being. Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for interventions and strategies. Support positive school climate through crisis intervention, staff training, and prevention programs.
