About the Position: We're looking for someone who thrives in a support-heavy, problem-solving environment—someone who can dive into complex integrations, diagnose issues quickly, and ensure operational continuity. This role offers a blend of hands-on development, application support, and process improvement. You’ll be expected to engage with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support evolving business needs. You'll work closely with developers, product teams, and leadership to keep systems optimized, respond to changes in real time, and ensure thorough documentation and knowledge sharing.
