Job Summary:

As a Night Shift LPN at Beacon Ridge Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and physician
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction
