HR Customer Service Representative

Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized HR Customer Service Representative to serve as a point of contact for employee and applicant inquiries, supporting the HR team with day-to-day communications and administrative needs. Key Responsibilities Respond to employee and applicant phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional, timely manner Assist with onboarding communications and new hire paperwork follow-up Maintain accurate employee records and HR files Route more complex HR issues to the appropriate HR staff member Support scheduling for interviews, meetings, and HR events Provide general information on company policies, benefits, and procedures Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed by the HR department Qualifications Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred; HR experience a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Compensation & Benefits Great pay.
