Schedule:

• Afternoon shift: 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Medical Technologist, Medical Lab Technician, or in a related laboratory position
• Proficiency in utilizing Beckman Coulter equipment; prior experience with the AU system is a strong plus
• Thorough understanding of laboratory quality control protocols and safety guidelines
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory procedures
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain Beckman Coulter instrumentation
• Analyze, interpret, and report accurate test results to clinical staff for patient care decisions
• Monitor and document quality control, ensuring results meet established standards
• Collaborate with colleagues for continuous improvement in lab processes and service delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to equipment or procedures promptly
• Adhere strictly to safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols at all times
