We are seeking a experienced preliminary and independently licensed clincian to join our Residential Treatment Center in Indianapolis, IN PRN Schedule Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center, providing assistance to people with substance abuse issues, addictions and mental health concerns. With facilities in various regions of the U.S., we have been furthering this mission since our inception, applying our advanced approach to patient care. Every facility in the Advanced Recovery Systems network strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based therapeutic models that really work. Our goal is to help men, women and adolescents live healthy, happy lives without the burden of substance abuse or mental illness. The Clinical Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. Clinician will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. Clinician will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments. Clinician will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Clinician has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed. Requirements
- Master's Degree with appropriate licensure / certification as per State regulations
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience in mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year
- Licensed in the state of Indiana with one of the following:
- Preferred License LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LCAC (Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor) Minimum credentialsLCACA (Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor Associate) LMSW (Licensed Masters Social Worker) APC (Associate Professional Counselor) AMTF (Associate Marriage &Family Therapist)
- Demonstrates proficiency in communication and written skills
- Knowledge of State and Federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws
- Knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards
