Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique challenges and devise effective treatment plans tailored to their needs. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, aiding clients in their journey toward personal growth and improved mental health. \n
- Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, consistently monitoring and adapting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback. \n
- Offer flexible teletherapy services for clients who may benefit from virtual interaction, ensuring accessibility for all individuals seeking support. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards in our practice. \n
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies. \n
Our client base includes individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients. \n
- Demonstrated empathy, a non-judgmental attitude, and a commitment to client-centered care. \n
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities for effective caseload handling and administrative responsibilities. \n

- Prior experience providing mental health counseling in both individual and group settings. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with various treatment modalities. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations to enhance therapeutic approaches. \n
