Supply Chain Business Analyst

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst - Contract Administration in Columbus, OH. This role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

Supports procurement and contract administration activities including contract data management, reporting, market research, spend analysis, and ServiceNow request tracking. Works with stakeholders to maintain accurate contract records, support procurement systems, and assist with reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support contract administration, reporting, and market research
• Analyze spend data, pricing, and contract variances
• Maintain contract records, bid sheets, and documentation
• Track and manage ServiceNow procurement requests
• Assist with procurement system support and troubleshooting
• Enter and update contract rates and transactional data
• Support reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and process adherence

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years' experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
  
  OR Associate's degree + 5 years' experience
  
  OR High School Diploma + 7 years' experience
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or related field
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders
• Sedentary work environment
