HR Business PartnerThis position is eligible to be hired at the HR Business Partner level II (Associate HR Business Partner) or III (HR Business Partner) based on experience and qualifications.Associate HR Business PartnerMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of relevant experience.Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000HR Business PartnerMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of relevant experience.Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPartners with business units, using a deep understanding of their business strategy and strategic goals, to advise on Human Resources matters including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational developmentWorks closely with operations management and employees to support and drive a positive and inclusive culture. Facilitates strategies designed to foster employee engagement and retentionProvides guidance and counsel on employee relations matters, including conducting investigations in compliance with university policies and applicable laws. Partners with leadership to address and resolve employee concerns and recommends appropriate corrective action when necessarySupports performance management efforts by advising on goal setting, coaching, and development strategies. Provides resources and training recommendations to strengthen manager capability and performance outcomesServes as a liaison to Human Resources. Provides expert policy guidance and interpretation.
