Prepared Foods Team Leader

Job Summary Provides leadership to team members through coaching and mentoring, fostering business growth via merchandising initiatives and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, and equipment standards. Supervise prepared food team members to optimize production and efficiency. Assist in controlling expenses and understanding financial reports. Manage scheduling, work assignments, and enforce policies. Support sales efforts through promotions, sampling, and awareness of competitors. Organize food storage per health and safety standards, including labeling and temperature control. Maintain accurate records for audits. Use customer feedback to identify improvement areas and coach team members. Ensure out-of-stock goals are met. Develop team members and identify candidates for management training. Prepare food items by cooking, slicing, and following recipes. Maintain food displays, package products, and suggest products to customers. Qualifications & Skills 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably with food safety knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certification required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and at least 18 years old. #J-18808-Ljbffr
