You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. Responsibilities Operate the restaurant day-to-day, ensuring smooth shift operations. Assist General Manager in scheduling, staffing, and operations oversight. Help drive local store marketing to reach sales and profit targets. Support team members with performance evaluation and training initiatives. Qualifications Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
