LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Mesa who is in search of a temp to hire customer service representative to join their fast paced environment. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 6am-230pm. The hourly rate is $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring clear and accurate communication
• Provide product and service information while resolving customer concerns
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or office environment preferred)
• MUST be able to pass background check and federal drug screening (THC is disqualifying)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working with computers and email platforms
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite consistently
