Source off‑market residential properties through inbound leads, outreach, referrals, and partnerships Build relationships with sellers, agents, and wholesalers to unlock deal flow Analyze properties using comps, repair estimates, and investment models Make offers and negotiate win‑win purchase agreements Partner with our in‑house Dispositions team to drive contracts to close What We’re Looking For?
