Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide outstanding customer support, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller.

Duties

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and efficiently, transferring calls or taking messages as needed
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management to support dealership operations
• Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
• Maintain organized filing systems, including customer records and administrative documents
• Assist with office management duties, including supply inventory and clerical support
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client communication, and offering support with professionalism

Requirements

• Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry skills
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential for effective communication
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not mandatory
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
