Its focus is advocating and implementing integrated care model approach to underserved population undergoing behavioral health related issues.Location: Washington D.C.Environment/Physical Demands: Standard Office / Sit, stand, walk, lift 15 lbsPosition SummaryThe Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight to direct care and counseling staff within PHRI programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed behavioral health and substance use disorder services. The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in program development, staff supervision, training, documentation compliance, and quality assurance. This position supports the agency's mission by fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement in clinical care.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff, interns, and peer support personnel.Oversee treatment planning, case reviews, and clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid/Medicare, MCO, and accreditation standards.Conduct regular supervision sessions and clinical case conferences.Monitor staff performance, support professional development, and complete evaluations.Lead onboarding and training of new clinicians on PHRI's model of care, documentation standards, and clinical policies.Provide crisis support, de-escalation guidance, and review of critical incidents.Support utilization management processes, level of care determinations, and discharge planning.Assist in implementing evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, audits, and policy development.Experience and QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.Independent licensure in D.C. required (LICSW, LPC, or equivalent).Must meet requirements to provide clinical supervision per DC regulations.5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.Experience working with substance use disorder and co-occurring populations.Familiarity with trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and ASAM criteria.Proficient in EMR systems and documentation practices.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe) and various business software.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.CompetenciesSimplify complex issues; breaking down big problems into smaller, manageable tasks, and identifying the key priorities that will have the biggest impact on the businessDelegate effectively; giving clear direction, setting expectations, and providing the necessary resources and support to help their teams succeedPredict future trends and challenges; staying up-to-date on industry developments, monitoring market trends, and seeking out new opportunities for growth and innovation.Systemize processes; identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, establishing clear workflows and procedures, and ensuring that everyone in the organization is aligned around the same goals.Structure organization for growth; defining clear roles and responsibilities, establishing a clear chain of command, and creating a culture of accountability and transparency.AAP/EEO Statement:It is the policy of Prestige Healthcare Resources, Inc. to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
