Regional Sales Manager - Empire Region - Neurovascular

Responsibilities
- Oversee sales team activity, productivity standards, territory management, and scheduling
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals; conduct quarterly training and reviews
- Review sales data and commission reports; manage pipeline targets aligned with goals
- Establish monthly meetings with Area VP Sales to discuss regional performance and goals
- Foster competitive team environment and provide daily support and strategic guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years sales experience with proven success record
- Demonstrated expertise in sales field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
- Proven formal leadership experience or team/project leadership
- Proficiency developing and implementing sales programs
Compensation: $170,000-$200,000 base plus commission and/or bonuses
