is a well-established, full-service small animal (and exotics) practice in McAllen, TX, known for

high-quality medicine, a strong reputation in the community, and a supportive, collaborative culture . We’re seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our 5-doctor team. From new grads to seasoned docs, all experience levels are welcome!

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus production bonuses - NO negative accrual
$110,000-$130,000 starting base salary
20%+ starting production payout
Compensation packages are tailored to align with each candidates education, experience, clinical interests, and goals.
