Your Responsibilities

• Take Charge of Full-Cycle Recruitment, managing each search from the initial client intake through to final placement.
• Be a Strategic Client Partner, taking the time to understand their unique hiring needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
• Engage in Strategic Sourcing via our proprietary CRM/ATS, alongside your established network and varied tools at your disposal.
• Utilize Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, streamline communications, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-lasting value for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
• Contribute to Our Thought Leadership initiatives as we strengthen our shared brand identity.

Your Profile

• 23+ years in agency recruitment or consultative sales.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape or a willingness to learn we're all about development!
• A proven track record in client relationship management and offer negotiations.
• Comfort with navigating ATS/CRM platforms (and we're here to offer training on ours).
• An entrepreneurial spirit, keen on forging long-term success.
