Description

Spring Gardens North Ogden is seeking a dependable and compassionate cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for our assisted living residents. The ideal candidate enjoys cooking, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, follows food safety standards, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities include meal preparation, serving meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and accommodating special dietary needs while helping create a positive dining experience for our residents. Prior cooking or food service experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work as a cohesive member of a team.

• Ability to give and receive directions on work related tasks especially during events such as fires, disasters, and emergency situations.

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem solving skills, when needed.

• Professional in appearance and conduct.
