Warehouse Associate at Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support our Service, Installation, and Commercial departments through warehouse operations, material handling, deliveries, and property upkeep.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and helping keep operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

About the Role

This position supports daily warehouse operations and assists with organizing materials, maintaining the property, and ensuring technicians and crews have the supplies they need for upcoming jobs. The role includes a combination of warehouse work, deliveries, forklift operation, and general property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and property upkeep duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and grounds

• Deliver materials safely and efficiently to job sites

• Pick up and return materials from local distributors

• Receive incoming deliveries and inspect materials for accuracy or damage

• Stage and organize materials for upcoming installations and service calls

• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading materials

• Support Service, Installation, and Commercial teams as needed

• Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities and overtime when required

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record required

• Ability to operate a forklift

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Previous warehouse, delivery, material handling, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required

• Monday through Friday - 7:30 AM 4:00 PM - 1st Shift
