Associate Director, Orchestration Engine

Associate Director leading business strategy for Amgen's Orchestration Engine platform. This role partners with brand teams and cross-functional partners to translate portfolio priorities into coordinated customer experiences, orchestration capabilities, and workflow automation across marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as business lead and product owner for orchestration engine portfolio, coordinating brand engagement and adoption
- Partner with brand, technology, and analytics teams to define use cases, requirements, and orchestration capabilities
- Translate brand objectives into business requirements, decision rules, and acceptance criteria for customer journey solutions
- Oversee deployment readiness, user acceptance testing, and rollout coordination across marketing organization
- Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to optimize decisioning patterns and improve customer experiences
Requirements
- Experience translating business priorities into technical requirements and product features
- Demonstrated ability leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- Proficiency with marketing technology, CRM platforms, or customer data systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing complex workflows, orchestration, or automation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
