Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help facilitate group activities and events
- Monitor residents' health and well-being
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working with seniors is a plus but not required
- Must pass a background check
