BASIS Phoenix is seeking qualified candidates for a Middle School Swim Coach to join our bright, passionate team!

Pay: BASIS Ed offers a competitive hourly pay for this position.

Required Qualifications:

• HS diploma, Bachelor's preferred
• Previous coaching experience
• Experience working with young athletes
• Ability to demonstrate swim skills effectively
• Experience in swimming at a competitive level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Collegiate student-athlete experience

Responsibilities:

• Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of swimming
• Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
• Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
• Attending all practices and meets
