Job Summary

Elcor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of family care choices, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Unit Assistant. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with a wonderful team and develop skills that will prepare you for further training to become a N.Y.S. CNA.

Responsibilities

Receive training on tasks such as:
Transporting residents
Passing nourishments, meal trays, and fresh drinking water
Making beds as needed
Attending mandatory in-services and department meeting
Performing additional duties as assigned
Perform tasks that require physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, or sitting for considerable lengths of time
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support to our residents

Requirements

$16 - $16 HOURLY salary
Ability to work part-time schedule
Willingness to follow instructions, be cooperative, friendly, honest, and trustworthy
