HR, Payroll & Marketing SpecialistOn Site in Amarillo/Full Time/FPC or other certifications DavidsonTeal provides fuel supply and fuel logistics services using our state-of-the art inventory management, transportation services, and market intelligence. We are based in Amarillo, Texas and seeking a goal-oriented team player. The HR, Payroll & Marketing Specialist supports the organization's people, payroll, and business growth initiatives by processing payroll, administering HR and payroll data, and coordinating marketing activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll administration, maintaining the company's online presence, and supporting marketing efforts that promote the organization's brand, services, culture, and business objectives. The position serves as a resource to employees and leadership while helping drive operational efficiency and organizational success. Areas of ResponsibilityHR and payroll data administration Payroll processing and payroll records managementWebsite administration and content updatesSocial media management and digital marketing activitiesReporting, recordkeeping, and administrative support related to HR, payroll, and marketing functions What We're Looking ForPayroll certification such as FPC or CPP is a plusPrevious payroll experience preferredHR experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlinesExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsComfortable working with numbers, reports, and spreadsheetsStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel preferred Purpose of the role:To support the organization through effective administration of HR data, payroll, and marketing functions by ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining data integrity, and fostering an engaging digital presence that promotes the company's brand, culture, and business objectives. Preferred CredentialsFPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification), CPP (Certified Payroll Professional), PHR, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or other HR, payroll, or marketing-related certifications preferred but not required. Ready to join a company that treats drivers with respect and keeps its promises?
