Ortho PA or NP | 20K Sign-on | Autonomous Practice Opportunity in Crookston, MN

RiverView Health, a community-owned, membership based, non-profit organization in Crookston, Minnesota (MN) seeks a Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Position Highlights:
- Very autonomous opportunity conducting initial evals and coordinating care/collaborating with the group's orthopedic surgeon
- Mix of clinic, OR, and ED consultation - including assessing acute fracture care
- No call required
- If interested, there is the option to perform joint injections, but that is not a requirement of the position

Compensation Highlights:
- Base salary in the range of $115,000-$150,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience
- Sign-on bonus of $20,000 plus relocation assistance
- $12,000 student loan repayment available annually
