Manufacturing Laborer

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Chester, VT to bring on Warehouse Associates. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential. Position: Warehouse Associate Shifts: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs) 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pay: 1st Shift: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (depending on experience) 2nd Shift: $19.50 – $23.50/hour (includes shift differential) Location: Chester, VT Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Summary: We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations including material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are moved efficiently and accurately throughout the facility. Duties & Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Move materials to and from production areas as needed Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Assist with other warehouse or production tasks as required Qualifications: Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a strong work ethic This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with multiple shift options, steady hours, and long-term career potential.
