Join a Leading Team in the Food Manufacturing Industry!

Shifts & Pay: $18.00/hr


1st Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:


As a Batchmaker , you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality food products by accurately preparing and mixing ingredients while ensuring food safety and production standards are met. Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing all phases of the mixing operation, including measuring, weighing, and preparing ingredients
• Reading and interpreting batch tickets to ensure accurate production
• Making adjustments to water and yeast levels based on temperature and humidity
• Operating mixers, conveyors, and robotic equipment safely and efficiently
• Completing batch tickets for lot tracking and product traceability
• Monitoring dough quality and making necessary process adjustments
• Performing sanitation and cleaning of mixing equipment
• Assisting with training new Batchmakers on procedures and best practices
• Supporting other production areas as directed by the supervisor
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial mixing
• Ability to read and understand batch tickets and production instructions
• Comfortable lifting 20-50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to climb step ladders and work safely around production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working around machinery, strong food aromas, and airborne ingredient dust
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
