This role supports leasing efforts across several residential communities in the greater Milwaukee area. What You’ll Do Rotate between properties to assist with leasing needs and build knowledge of each property’s amenities, features, and unique selling points. Deliver personalized touring experiences that create connection, answer questions, and inspire prospective residents. Monitor local rental trends and competitors to position each community as a premier living destination. Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community. Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents. Serve as a go‑to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs. Requirements A passion for helping people find a place they love to live. Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred. Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally.
