Position Title: Direct Support Professional for the evening shift. Position Summary Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide direct care to the individuals supported in The Arc Rockland’s Residential program. As a DSP, you’ll do more than just provide care – you’ll make a meaningful impact by helping individuals live fulfilling lives. The role of a DSP is shaped around the unique needs and interests of the people you support. Whether it’s cooking a favorite meal, gardening together, enjoying music, or exploring new hobbies, you’ll have the chance to create experiences that matter.
