Lead AI Decision Intelligence & Agentic Workflows

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Decision Intelligence Engineer to own decision intelligence capabilities across the NBA platform.

You will model business decisions, design agentic workflows, and lead a small team of engineers to translate objectives into measurable actions. You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks, shaping governance, retrieval, and evaluation frameworks while collaborating with product, decision science, and data teams.
