Manager, Demand Planning

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for:Leading the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the demand planning process for the business. This role owns the translation of sales, customer, market, product, financial, and operational signals into a credible demand plan that supports the SIOP process that leads into strategy and executive decision-making. The role leads monthly Demand Review processes, manages forecast assumptions at the appropriate product/channel/customer/location level. You will work with partners cross-functionally to resolve data and planning gaps, and develop scalable, repeatable planning processes that improve forecast quality, business alignment, and operational readiness. This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Roswell, GA (Hybrid). Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Operations, Supply & Inventory Planning, Finance, IT/Data, and external partner teams to ensure forecast assumptions are understood, challenged, and translated into actionable planning outputs. Manage KPI’s and metrics for accuracy, forecast attainment, forecast bias, outliers, and systemic data issues; and lead continuous improvement actions that improve accuracy, planning quality, and decision speed.Lead demand planning support for NPI, product lifecycle, phase-in/phase-out, and product hierarchy processes, including ensuring new item data is reflected in planning systems. Build executive-ready demand planning content, including Demand Review decks, ESIOP inputs, market share/risk analysis, waterfall/bridge summaries, and action-item tracking. Develop repeatable, scalable, and well-documented planning processes, templates, data files, and knowledge-transfer materials that improve team resilience and allow consistent execution across monthly planning cycles.
