Seasonal Sales Associate Vans is looking for energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our store team during the peak season. This role provides a front‑line brand experience and may transition to regular employment. Responsibilities Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling positive selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilizing available resources and tools. Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements most valued. 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team‑player who adapts to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight for extended periods. Compensation Hiring Range: $15.18 – $22.77 USD per hour.
