Experienced Parts Counter Specialist Victory Automotive Group is a family owned automotive company that seeks talented and self‑motivated individuals to join our team. Job Description The Parts Specialist is knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. The candidate locates automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources and arranges for delivery and installation. This position receives and stocks incoming parts, as well as performs warehouse housekeeping duties. Responsibilities Receipt and stocking of incoming items Locate accessories or parts and arrange for installation Monitor parts inventory and maintain storage area in good condition Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions Maintain accurate sales documentation Provide timely and accurate reports as required Ensure safe and on‑time delivery of parts to the dealership following all company procedures and standards Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Must be available to work Saturday and/or Sunday Automotive experience required Dealership experience required Professional and dependable Customer service oriented Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Strong internet and computer skills Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to read and comprehend instructions Compensation and Benefits Sign‑on bonus up to $2,000 ($1,000 at hire, $1,000 at 6 months) Competitive pay based on experience Medical benefits Paid vacation Holidays Professional workplace Non‑smoking workplace Drug‑free workplace Opportunity for advancement Direct deposit 401(k) with company match We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug‑free workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Victory Automotive Group
