Recruiting Assistant

Phoenix Consulting is looking for a Recruiting Manager to help us grow our sales team. This role is responsible for managing applicants, scheduling interviews, contract new hires, and helping agents stay on track through the licensing process.

Compensation

• $600 per week guaranteed base pay
• $150 bonus for every sales agent contracted
• Weekly pay
• Uncapped earning potential

Earnings Example:

• Contract 5 agents in a week = $1,350 week pay ($600 base + $750 bonus)
• Contract 8 agents in a week = $1,800 week pay ($600 base + $1,200 bonus)

Schedule

• In-office Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Additional hours are encouraged for those looking to maximize bonus earnings
• Must be responsive to occasional calls and texts regarding recruiting activities

Responsibilities

• Manage applicants through Indeed
• Schedule Zoom and in-person interviews
• Greet candidates arriving for interviews
• Coordinate hiring and contracting calls
• Assist new agents through the contracting process
• Help agents schedule their Life & Health Insurance exams
• Monitor licensing progress and follow up with agents to keep them on track

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and Zoom
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
