Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a recognized program. Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is preferred. Specialized certifications (e.g., in geriatrics or neurology) are beneficial but not mandatory.

Prior experience is highly preferred, with a strong capability in treating patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to thrive in a collaborative setting. Proficient in using digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
