Senior Director, Process Redesign Lead

Senior Director leading enterprise process redesign and digital transformation initiatives at Cencora. Accountable for defining future-state business processes, ensuring alignment with strategy, and managing adoption across organizational functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end future-state process design aligned to business strategy and operating model goals
• Partner with business leaders to identify inefficiencies and define simplified, standardized processes
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to establish process roles, decision points, and handoffs
• Establish process design standards, documentation requirements, and governance mechanisms
• Coordinate with Program Leads, Change Management, and Training teams to ensure process adoption and readiness

Requirements

• 10–12 years of business process design or enterprise transformation experience
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale, cross-functional process redesign efforts
• Experience with process modeling tools such as Celonis, Signavio, or BlueWorks Live
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate alignment in matrixed environments
• Strong written and verbal communication, including process documentation
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Compensation: $150,000–$235,070 base
