Restaurant Manager

Woodfield Boca Raton is adding to its Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. The candidate will ensure the highest standards of service are met, including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, and the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities. The manager will provide supervision and training to staff, develop and implement programs to increase sales, and implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained. Our ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale high-volume restaurant, within a country club or hotel, with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends.
