Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Services

Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Services. Schedule: Full-Time, Evening shifts, rotating weekends. Key Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age. Perform timely and appropriate documentation that reflects medical necessity in the medical record. Manage completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
