Business Development Representative - Coachella Valley, CA

Pool Solutions | Construction, Service & Equipment Sales

Pay: $20 plus commission

Ocean Springs Tech, Inc. is a full-service pool company serving the Coachella Valley. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven business development professional to generate new opportunities and grow residential and commercial revenue across our pool construction, renovation, repair, equipment, and maintenance services.

This is a hunter role for someone who creates opportunities, builds relationships, follows through, and closes business—not someone who waits for the phone to ring.

• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, community relationships, and targeted outreach.
• Develop relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers, commercial clients, and strategic partners.
• Sell pool construction, remodels, equipment upgrades, repairs, maintenance agreements, events, and related pool products and solutions.
• Conduct site visits, identify customer needs, and coordinate accurate proposals and follow-up.
• Maintain an organized lead pipeline, document activity, and move opportunities toward timely decisions.
• Partner with operations, service, repair, and construction teams to ensure commitments are practical and the customer experience remains strong.
• Track results and provide regular updates on leads, proposals, conversions, revenue opportunities, and next steps.
• Represent Ocean Springs Tech professionally throughout the Coachella Valley.

• Five or more years of successful outside sales or business development experience.
• Experience in pool, construction, home services, property services, equipment, or another related industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build a pipeline, present solutions, negotiate, and close business.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working independently in the field while collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Valid California driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
