Maintenance & Safety Coordinator (Manufacturing Environment | Redzone Experience Preferred)

Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Maintenance & Safety Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining a safe work environment, and improving operational performance through data-driven tools. This role blends maintenance coordination and safety compliance responsibilities with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and the use of Redzone Connected Workforce software.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.
• Support maintenance technicians with scheduling, prioritization, and work order tracking.
• Monitor equipment performance, downtime trends, and maintenance records.
• Assist with troubleshooting and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Support OSHA compliance, safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Utilize Redzone Connected Workforce software to track production, maintenance, and downtime data.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with employee training on safety procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing maintenance, maintenance coordination, safety coordination, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment and preventive maintenance programs.
• Understanding of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
• Experience with Redzone Connected Workforce software strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
