Inventory Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Distribution Operations supporting inventory control and order processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, patience, and problem‑solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Inventory Clerk Location: North Chicago, IL Pay Range: $20.47 Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM What's the Job? Audit inventory on Manhattan/SAP/ADMS systems to ensure accuracy and system balance. Investigate inventory discrepancies during daily order processing. Process rejected, expired, and short‑dated products, supporting quality and manufacturing teams with material disposition. Resolve orders on hold related to inventory status and cancel orders as needed. Monitor system error logs and report key indicators for distribution operations. What's Needed? Ability to learn and follow detailed instructions and utilize multiple computer applications. Proven skills in PC software products such as Lotus Notes, Excel, and MS Office. Good written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
