If you’re someone who notices the little things and strives to make a lasting impact, you’ll thrive here.Please visit to learn more about our existing hotels, other exciting job opportunities and our company.POSITION PROFILE :Under the leadership of the Executive Housekeeper or the Director of Housekeeping, you are to provide supervision and direction for all housekeeping activities of the hotel in a safe and efficient manner; ensuring the highest level of cleanliness; and maintaining guest satisfaction while protecting the assets and minimize expenses.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES➢ Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards. Document and report any issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department.➢ Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.➢ Guest Interaction: Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.➢ Inventory Management: Assist in management of cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary materials are available.➢ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure rooms are ready for guests and to facilitate smooth operations.➢ Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality control and consistency among housekeeping staff.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESMinimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.Hotel experience preferred.Strong leadership qualities, the ability to motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
