Guidance and Support: Provide mentorship and direction to Teacher Assistants and volunteers, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Your expertise will empower them to deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the Head Start Performance Standards. Parent Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's educational journey. Through parent conferences and regular engagement, you'll actively involve parents in their child's development, collaboratively addressing challenges and celebrating achievements. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of each child’s progress, attendance, and observations. What You’ll Bring: Educational Background: Associate degree in early childhood education or related field (Required). Experience: One year of experience teaching children ages 3-5 years, and knowledge of diverse ethnic groups. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Tech Skills: Basic technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate agency technology tools.
