As the lead during events, you'll ensure seamless execution, exceptional guest service, and high standards of safety and efficiency. If you're an organized leader with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to have you on our team! $15 + tips/gratuities Responsibilities Ensure proper preparation and setup of banquet events, including arranging furniture, decor, and audio-visual equipment according to event specifications. Ensure that banquet rooms are clean, organized, and appropriately set for events. Lead, guide, and support banquet staff throughout the event to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Monitor the guest experience to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the event. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
