MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its global Legal Department. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of securities, governance and other corporate matters, reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Secretary. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site weekly in Andover, MA.
