Community Health Alliance is seeking a bilingual Case Manager/QBHS fluent in Spanish and English to provide culturally responsive behavioral health services to diverse clients in Bedford Heights and surrounding areas. The role includes home visits, service coordination, and collaboration with families and providers to support recovery and well-being.
