We are seeking a Board-Certified GeriatricMedicine Physician to join a growing value-based primary care group in Brooklyn, NY. This outpatient-only role offers predictable hours, mission-driven care, and top-tier compensation.
Job Highlights- Full-time, permanent outpatient position
- Monday"Friday schedule; no nights, weekends, or call
- 12"15 patients/day with longer visits for quality care
- Small patient panel focused on continuity
- Dedicated MA + Medical Scribe

- Must speak Spanish
- Physicians wanting value-based primary care

- Above-market guaranteed base salary (no RVU pressure)
