Purchasing Admin

Edwards, Inc. is a full-service industrial contractor whose services include crane rental, specialty fabrication, and construction. We are currently looking for a Purchasing Admin for our Spring Hope, NC office. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Complete PO's Convert PO's Scan PO's into DocFlo Complete online orders when requested Request quotes from vendors based on PM and PE RFQ's Receive invoices and approve to pay based on PO's Perform all other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidates Should Have: Essential Requirements & Skills: Requirements High School Diploma (Minimum) Business courses are a plus – basic accounting, math, and interpersonal communication. Excellent communication skills and a team contributor. Professionalism – on the phone and in person. Additional Skills Valid Driver's License Office Skills: mail, email, data entry proficiency, math, and organization.
